Maintenance of the motor 

1, appearance inspection should be neat, nameplate, ground wire connection is good. 

2, open the motor terminal box, wire connector, dredging pump use 500 v megohmmeter test motor phase winding facies, the contrast between the insulation resistance shall be not less than 0, 5 ohms. 

3, the motor terminal box three-phase wire and connector should be firmly close. 

The maintenance of the relevant valve, pipe and accessories 

1, the switch of each valve should be flexible and reliable, and no leakage inside and outside. 

2, check valve action should be flexible, inside and outside the body without leaking. 

3, accurate indicating pressure gauges, dial is clear. 

4, pipeline and various accessories and neat appearance, no crack, painting should be complete without a loss. 

5, some pumps to judge whether the correct, if wrong should be corrected. 

The maintenance of the control cabinet 

1, disconnect the main supply control cabinet, check the switch, start and stop button action should be flexible and reliable. 

2, check the air contained in the electric equipment such as switches, contactor, relay are in good condition, and tighten all electrical contact thrum and terminal connection screw. 

3, clean control cabinet inside and outside the dust. 

4, close the total power supply, check the power indicator should be normal. 

5, starting the pump maintenance, dredging pump to observe current meter, indicator light indicates whether normal. 

6, observe the pump running should be smooth, no obvious vibration and acoustic, pressure gauge indication is normal, controller of each electrical no bad noise.
