Rotor balance is bad
Reason一: shafting bending. A, check method, the conditions and characteristics: 1, if the coupling bolts bolt set A faulting and the position of A bolt, the amplitude can change slowly, amplitude will fall; 2, in the case of using a fixed coupling, coupling with the face insert thin lining, join after the amplitude change, look into different parts, can make the amplitude has fallen dramatically. B, measures: 1, using the above methods, find out the vibration state of smaller, if the state within the allowable values, are fixed in this state; 2, calibration shaft bending.
Reason 二: rotor unbalance weight of the remaining. A, inspection method, the conditions and characteristics: 1, produce vibration immediately after the installation or replacement of the rotor (mainly impeller) after; 2, on the one part of the bolt coupling add weight, amplitude change, depending on the different parts of weight set, amplitude will fell sharply. B, measures: correction of rotor balance again.
Reason 三: mainly is the impeller wear and tear or damage caused by the imbalance. A, check method, the conditions and characteristics: 1, the vibration increases slowly (wear), or (bad) suddenly get bigger. Cause with 2, 2, paragraph 2 of the same situation; 3, remove the hole or from the internal (bad) order. B, measures: 1, correction of impeller balance (wear); 2, change the impeller (bad) order.
Reason四: impeller have blocked foreign bodies caused by imbalance. A, check method, the conditions and characteristics: 1, the vibration of the pump increases suddenly, in most cases from inside the pump noise; 2, the discharge pressure is reduced, reduced flow; 3, flow meter, power meter's pointer exception. B, measures: 1, from inside the pump shell into the hole on the check; 2, eliminate foreign body; 3, check that the impeller is damaged.
Reason五: due to the serious wear and tear, bearing axial eccentric movement (especially the vertical pump water bearing). A, check method, the conditions and characteristics: 1, check whether the lubricating oil is clean; 2, check whether the lubrication of water is normal; 3, remove the coupling bolt, only when the motor running, do not produce vibration; 4, in the process of the pump stop, speed slow down, there is still a vibration. B, measures: 1, change the bearing; 2, this paper analyzes the reasons of bearing wear. |
