(7) medium heavy do not tally with the viscosity of the original design.

(8) the impeller and the suction cover clearance is too large.

(9) within the pump or line with sundry jam.

三、 the solution:

(1) to pump priming, expulsion of air.

(2) reduce installation height, reduce the suction resistance, increasing the inlet pressure.

(3) increase pressure.

(4).Check and tighten the (4).

(5) as stipulated in the specification.

(6) to adjust the pipeline resistance.

(7) should be reduced(9)..

(8) to adjust.

(9).Check and clean up.
