(1) packing element improper material selection;

(2) the friction pair serious wear and tear;

(3) dynamic and static ring inequality;

(4) the friction pair is too large, the static ring burst;

(5) the damage of o-rings.

C、the processing methods:

(1) to explain medium condition for the pump unit, with proper seal;

(2) replace the worn parts, and adjust the spring pressure.

(3) to adjust the seal assembly;

(4) the whole pump remove in static ring, with axis straightness error is less than 0.10, the required seal assembly;

(5) to replace o-rings.
