二. What are the technical parameters of slurry pump?
Technical parameters are closely related to the selection of slurry pump. This process is mainly to let customers know what needs to be done before the selection of slurry pump, so as to facilitate the calculation of type selection, so as to determine which type of slurry pump they use is more appropriate.
A.Basic parameters: basic operating conditions, flow rate and head
1. Determine whether slurry pump should be used at first through working conditions. The working conditions mentioned here are understood as applied industries, such as mineral dressing, coal dressing and sand removal. (this step is very important, and is also a prerequisite for model selection.)
2. Flow and head are the two most basic parameters of the pump selection:
a: determine the general situation of the pump through the working condition, such as which series model or whether to consider the material, etc
b: after determining the series model of the pump, determine the specific model and size of the pump through the flow rate and head reading performance curve.
c: read the curve and calculate the power: the parameters that must be known in the calculation of pump shaft power include flow rate, head, efficiency and slurry proportion; Efficiency (depends), which is determined by the flow rate and the head, is determined by the reading performance curve. The proportion of slurry can only be provided by experience. Generally between (1-2), the power will be calculated with an estimated value.
d: calculate the shaft power P=m*g*h/ from which the derived formula is: P= *Q* h/ 102 from which (please note that the safety coefficient is used in actual calculation)
e: motor power. The motor power closest to and larger than the shaft power is taken as the final motor power through shaft power.  
B. other parameters: weight concentration (slurry specific gravity, solid specific gravity concentration), Ph value, temperature, etc.
In general, weight concentration mainly takes into account the degree of abrasion of slurry. For a specific slurry, the higher the concentration, the higher the abrasion, and the higher the proportion of slurry. So you have a heavy, medium, light slurry pump, which is basically a concept based on the content of the slurry, with no strict boundaries. Ph value is one of the factors to select the material of the flow parts of slurry pump (generally, Ph value of 5-12 is to consider the range of metal flow parts, and the rest of the range is to consider rubber or other special materials. This is also the range of theoretical Numbers, and the sleeve should be applied flexibly.)  
Temperature is also one of the factors to determine whether the material can be used. Generally, temperature is a factor that is rarely considered in most cases, but sometimes there are special conditions for temperature requirements.
